installed in 70 chevelle, only using ecm and tcm controllers and reworked harness, disabled vats, starter diag. just trying to start it up to get it tuned
after no start i checked voltage in several areas.
(1). 12v at coil in ignition on position
(2). 7.5v at fuel injectors in ignition off position(?)
5.5v at fuel injectors in ignition on position(?)
(3). 9.7v at hpfp in ignition off position(?)
9.4v at hpfp in ignition on position(?)
i made these checks at each component connected, disconnected, and then at the ecm specific pins with x3 connector disconnected. same results.
am i correct that i have a failed ecm?
Have you tried with a Jump Box or Power on it?
When cranking the voltage is dropping to 10V, which can cause GM stuff to act very weird. That's the first thing that pops out to me.
Also, on the VATs patch. It's a bit confusing but you have it set to disable.
The Vats patch itself is to disable VATs, so by disabling the patch, it is not disabling VATs if that makes sense.
Set the VATs patch to enabled and write entire again.

i will double check battery. i am confused about vats delete though. i thought i learned that disabling vats patch 1 and starter diag, also fpcm set to none ,was all that was needed.
motor, tranny, ecm, tcm all from 2017 camaro ss. would you please explain further?
(ecm e92a, tcm t87a unlocked)
