Flex fuel sensor enable

So I've been trying to get the ethanol sensor to read and haven't been able to.

I have a 18 cts-v
E92 os12711163

Did all the YouTube steps
Enabled, sensor, defalt frequency (tried 0, 90 and like 150 for fun)set content read range 0-100% ,Enabled codes on second for mil,Enabled daig also.

So. I get no content reading in hpt scanner then I look in editor and it shows the changes i have made.
If i pull the sensor plug i get a code(circuit low)and light.

I have verified pin out #38 blue connector
12volts to sensor and ground.
Have done the write entire and have tried calibration only
Gm sensors 13507128 and 29

Can you guys point me in a direction 🤣
