New to this, need advice, am I bricked? [GM E46 ECM]

I am almost done with the whole process of deleting my emissions from my 3.0 duramax and I was in the middle of a "write entire" last night with the new tune and it randomly timed out at around 2 minutes to go. Now whenever I try to try again it says the tune is restricted. when I try to read the vehicle, it wont pickup the ECM. i can input the vin manually but it still wont read the ecm. DTC are showing up, however. The truck is throwing a million lights at me and won't start, so I'm kind of lost as to what I should do now. I already submitted a ticket, but I figured I'd ask here in the meantime to see if there were any quick fixes I could try to revive it while I wait for a response. Have you tried to write the original factory flash too your ECM?
