2005 Dodge ram manual transmission PCM trouble with injector data

I purchased a PCM from a 2005 Dodge ram 2500 manual transmission. I'm having difficulty getting the injector data to work with my fuel injectors. The data that I used from injector Dynamics, with the factory PCM that came in the truck will not work, which makes no sense to me. I am running 1050 injector Dynamic injectors. And for whatever reason, the injector pulse width offset table will not allow me to make any adjustments. And all of the settings that reference KPA are very touchy, and will not allow the truck to start if they are altered. And if it makes a difference, I am running VCM editor version 5.0.4.
This is my build. 5.7, Stroker Kit. 80mm turbo, 5,6 LB boost, HP 870 with a sound German Controller.

    Thanks!

it would help if you posted the tune file.

Yes I can post a log file. As far as my tune goes I found a hellcat crate file on here and basically I was able to copy a lot of the data to a working tune that I have and I was able to alter my injector data based off of that factory hellcat file. And lo and behold it fired right up. So I believe the map sensor is a part of the problem when I was having all the issues arise at once I think I may have accidentally stuck the one bar map sensor back in. So tomorrow I will be going through my box with parts and see if I can identify which map sensor I used. But I am a lot closer now than I was a few days ago.

Here is a log file, my stock tune, and my modified tune. The vehicle is running kind of funky. I swapped out the map sensor. And when I did that, I realized that the threads in the intake manifold were not holding the screw tight. So I fixed that. But I still don't know whether it is a 2-bar or a 3-bar. Not that that matters. There are no numbers on it.

that is running way to rich, you are going to wash out the cylinders. you should really confirm what map sensor it is running as that can effect fueling. if you are not sure replace it with the correct sensor.

What is the combo here? Is this a blower motor? The MAP sensor shows about 35 Kpa at idle. Your Baro is 52 Kpa. That can't be right unless you're on Everest.

It's way too fat. I didn't check your injector data but by your description of what you did, I assume it ain't right.

The idle timing is in the negatives. That may change once you get the MAP sensor issue corrected. Maybe, maybe not.

You changed way too much shit in the current file when compared to your base file. Looks like you went copy n paste willy nilly out of some other file. Put 90% of your changes back to stock. [ECM] 45542 is your most likely cause of the idle timing being negative.
