In need of some tuning help on 2016 L83 Silverado

I have a tune and got it running with no MIL lights on. Pretty stock. Just rebuilt the engine and did a DOD delete kit and upgraded the cam to BTR stage 2. Other than lifted with bigger tires, it is pretty stock. The issue I am having is my LTFT B1 is heavy negative. I have installed new injectors, new CAT converter etc. Also have some KR hits I need to correct. I'm new to tuning. I heard these L83's are a pain to tune. I'm willing to pay someone to spend some time on this with me. Let me know if you can assist or give me some pointers.

Missed the part about your injectors, need to know what exactly they are...

Add Logged Channels:
-Volumetric Efficiency Airflow
-Mass Airflow g/s
-Fuel trim Cell
-Closed Loop Active
