C6Z06 will spike throttle at random...

Head scratcher here... Completely stock calibration. One owner car, and I have not pulled the cal yet, just in case. Car only has a CAI on it, and only 38000 miles.
The throttle will randomly spike. It is being commanded to spike too. This will cause the car to autopilot at times. Want to figure this out before applying any tune changes. If the ECU is bad, no sense wasting credits.
Has anyone seen this? I don't see any signals causing the throttle to momentarily spike. Just happens at random. Bad ECU?
    Thoughts?

    Post the tune file.

Looks like the pedal sensor might have an issue. That would be the first part I'd throw at it.

I never read the tune, as it is completely stock.
I did not see any input from the accel pedal in my logs. Maybe my polling rate was too slow....

Here are two instances. There are dozens. Some large enough for an airmass change and bump in RPM.
In log 2 I had added Commanded Throttle Actuator position, and it tracks just before actual. Along with TPS voltages. And I see nothing irregular besides the random command to open the throttle momentarily.

In the second picture the accel pedal is at 4.3%. Like I said before I'd try a pedal sensor first.
