6r80 tuning help

I have a Coyote and 6r80 in my swap and Im having transmission Issues, some times it shifts fine sometimes it wont shift out of first gear and I have to reload the tune and it comes back. select shift also doesn't work.
It also wont go more than 51% throttle even if I give it 100% throttle. Here is the tunetune and a log from last night as well.

updated the first post with the files any help is greatly appreciated. Im new at this so trying to figure it out.
