Connection problem

Hello,
I'm having a connection problem. I have the necessary credits!

I used to be able to connect to the ECM, but for some time now, I haven't been able to. A window opens asking me to update the firmware, which I do, but nothing changes; the window opens every time.
If you have any idea what the problem is, thank you in advance.

It is trying to update the firmware of your VCI that connects to the vehicle. Without the firmware update it wont work at all. Try to get the VCI to update in your house where you have good WIFI. Once it updates you should be good to go.

If not i would contact HPtuners support ticket.
