Mice got into can bus plugs. Replaced the plugs and tried to flash stock tunes and then reflash tuning. Cannot clear message. Any ideas? The OEM plugs were gone when we got the truck. Thanks

File isnt built correctly you could do a message reset tune or else get your tune fixed

Tuner is likely reseller and has no idea how to fix it.

Tuner messaged at 3 am. Said check wiring to and from DEF plug. it is good. Hasnt been much help.
