The P0606 is most likely going to be a pedal OS mismatch. It's always best to get the controller/pedal/throttle body out of the same vehicle so this doesn't happen. It's one pain in the ass that can be avoided with some planning.

I had ECU tuned by a experienced tuner that I trust knowns how to disable VATS. Still having the starts and runs for couple of seconds. Maybe bad sensor somewhere?

Plugged MAF sensor from 2011 truck, runs for 10 seconds.
I have fuel gage connected in fuel line at rail connection. it read 58lbs. Scan shows 0lbs.
1, you should be posting this in the GEN 4 section.
2, your vehicle doesn't have a fuel pressure sensor.
3, your IAT is reading -40 which is its open circuit value. That means it's most likely unplugged.
4, you need to try and keep it running with some flammable spray like brake cleaner or carb cleaner.
