Data Logging issues 2016 Mustang GT

Edit: So I logged into a my TDN account on a friends phone and still was not able to get it working, so now I?m thinking it?s my account??

So I?m currently having issues with my TDN/RTD+ scanner reading the car to data log. It will work for reading codes and loading tunes but won?t work for data logging, almost as if the screen is frozen and also still loading. I went to a friends house who also has a RTD+ scanner, we plugged his into my S550 Mustang GT to see if would work and everything worked as it should, including a live reading of my gauge to data log. So then we also thought to try and use my RTD+ scanner and TDN app to read his S550 Mustang GT and it worked perfectly fine, read codes, and read his gauge live to data log. So now I?m stuck on what to do because my RTD+ seems to work, just not on my car. I deleted and redownloaded the TDN app, I updated everything within the TDN app, made sure the app itself didn?t need to be updated and I?m at a loss. Just recently put a ESS G2 supercharger kit on my 2016 Mustang GT.

Jesus, that's frustrating as hell. Have you logged a support ticket with HPTuners staff? These boards don't seem very responsive to basic troubleshooting from what I've seen.

goto settings, generate info log, and submit that to hp tuners support. Did you flash the ESS tune on the car, so you were able to read and write a tune? assuming lund is your tuner, so they should of set up the logging channels for you through TDN.
