running lean and chops without a cam

I have a 2006 silverado 1500HD that had a 6.0 with a 4l80e. the 6.0 took a dump and all i had at the time was a 4.8 out of a 05 silverado. i swapped the 6.0 for the 4.8 and used the factory harness along with all the same sensors. once i finished the swap and started it the idle was extremely high so i replaced the throttle body with the one from the 05 silverado that helped it however it was still sounding like it was cammed so after some research i found that the maf sensor could be the culprit due to it having the parameters of the 6.0. so i went to the tune repository and found a "stock tune" from a 2004 chevy express with the 4.8/ 4l80e combo and segment swapped it. that still didnt fix the issue so i bought a new maf and that didnt fix it either however i found that when i run the truck without the maf sensor it idles fine and i have less issues. it still runs lean but not as bad. Here are the specs of what is in the truck along with data log and tune file.
