Will 06 and 07 have SR table same as 05 Corvette?

The 05 6.0 Corvette has a spark retard table. Will 07 eventually have this feature?

Is there a way to eliminate some of the TM? That's one Godzilla 1-2 shift with all TM eliminated. And mushy, puny with TM. Surely something controls the timing at shift.

Sure do appreciate this good product and all the good help you guys do for us even after the sale.

yes something does control the timing, a desired torque signal from the TCM. The A6 TCM's desired shift torque code is very complex.

Hopefully you guys can break the A6 DST code eventually...

Breaking it is the easy part...explaining it to individuals in simple terms so they don't fry their tranny is a whole other issue.

Taking a little timing out at shift shouldn't break anything. I scan up to -10 to -11 degrees of timing. With TM completely removed full timing(+20/21). Surely if it's reduced to maybe only zero it wouldn't fry the tranny.

With some of the newer GM ECMs it is really a question of which will get fried first.... the tranny or our brains!

I wasnt referring to parts breaking in this instance...i was saying cracking the code is one thing, explaining how it all works together is another.

I'm starting to think I need to go back for a "PHony Diploma" in Mathmatics.
