    07 TRAILBLAZER SS - E67 woes.......

    Hey Guys....

A few months ago I got a few TB SS's to tune..... Each of the cars exhibeted some very strange throttle issues typically when the car was cold and in the lower rpm's..... Customers complained and I did what I could.....After making some adjustments to the MAF table (which seemed to cause the problem in the first place....likely due to some sort of MAF/TP correlation issue....) the car was more or less ok only causing the problem here and there.....

The customer decided to trade the vehicle in...and asked me to flash it back to stock....I performed the "full flash" since this ecu dosen't permit a partial flash, and with a totally stock calibration he continued to have the same problem he always had.....

Why is the throttle "going dead" after returning the car to stock????

    Any thoughts boys???!?!?

Bad cal from GM? Check for the latest TIS updates.
I've heard of more issues with the TBSS and throttle issues than any other vehicle.

You didn't mention any mods to the TBSS's so that technically could be a contributor. ???

I had this problem with about every 3rd or 4th 07 TBSS I tuned. I can't remember off the top of my head what fixed it but do a search, I found a solution and posted it. It had something to do with torque management values if I recall correctly. I am pretty sure there is a TSB and a software update from GM
