Scanning a Z06

I'm scanning a 02 Z06 and I"m trying to reset fuel trims. I"m reading that I"m supposed to to tools then VCM controls, reset fuel trims. Under tools I only see unit conversion, calculator, options. Under options it has clear last used vehicle, and default conversions. When I scan the STFT's and LTFT's they are not moving and stay on 0. I know there's something wrong just trying to get to the bottom of it.

Any help is appreciated.

To reste them its under "VCM Controls" on the tool bar and under the fueling tab.
