    P1516 Code

Here we go..04 SSR 390CID Magnacharged 12 psi converted to 2 bar it has a 05 SSR throttle body and controler I get a P1516 code and the truck goes into limp code, just before the truck surges, I looked at the data log and the TPS rolls but my foot stays consistent,

I dynoed the engine on a engine dyno in full trim (SC-headers-SSR fuel system-01 F body ECU-2 Bar Etc..) Ran perfect no Issues. As you know with the SSR it is drive by wire.....installed the engine into the truck and converted the stock tune to 2 bar and transfered all my timing and fuel tables from the dyno tune and have had the surging TPS and this code since...I have read EVERYTHING I can on this and I am stumped!!!! One of the posts said that Chris can do or change something to help.....any other info would be such a help.

One other thing since I have converted the tune to 2 bar I have no traction control, the light is on. No codes no info just a light. Just for the hell of it I returned the ecu back to stock and the traction control light goes off. Look at the log frame 900 to 970, the tps goes nuts but my foot is on the floor and I didn't lift until at least frame 1000, it also went into limp mode and set the light P1516.

    Atteched is the log

    Thanks Mike

P1514 table is too low - just need to raise it until the P1514 goes away. Look at Dynamic Cylinder Air as your guide. Also, if the front to rear tire size is more than 1/2" different than stock on the SSR the TC goes away. GM tuned the ABS system a little too tight.

You could play with the trans Rev/mile to get the TC back but make the Speedo PPM correct.
Here's a histogram from the stickies to get you in the ballpark.
Just use the max values (+) to set your P1514 and add 10-20%
