    wot 02 tuning

ok, i have my LTrims pretty much set to 0 or a little - (max of about -3) and I am going to attempt to tune my o2's by modding the PE vs. RPM table. Does anyone know what o2 numbers are good for the 3.8 s/c motor? I have looked around and found lots of F body stuff but nothing for mine. thanks.

Disclaimer: The factory O2 is a narrow band sensor, it may or may not be accurate at WOT.

That being said, I've found they are fairly close on mine (correlating to a Wideband).

    Some sample O2 numbers:
    Stock: 920-960 (varies on model)
For modded, non-Intercooled: 920-940 seems to be a good range.
    For intercooled: 890-910 or so.

Let KR be your guide. Essentially you want as much timing as possible with your boost level, and look for O2s in good range with little KR.

Too much fuel 950+ can cause kr and rob power. Too little and you go lean and will spike KR and possible go boom.

Bottom line 920-940 is good range unless you are intercooled.
