I just put vista on my computer, so I re-installed all my hpt software and had to install the drivers like it says in the sticky but now it says I have no open com ports... what the duece is that..... I cant read my pcm cause I cant find the interface... What can I do to fix this????

uninstall vista...its not an operating system we support at this time.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Im running Visa home premium with no issues that couldnt be worked around. thats assuming you have the USB version of the cable.
Now, if you have the serial version and using a usb to serial conveter good luck with that one.
I have the usb but I already swapped back to xp
