Open loop to closed loop switching

In the HP software, I see the closed loop enable where closed loop wont switch on before a certain temp however is there any time settings that closed loop wont turn on before it hits a certain counter time? In other words I notice that a 2002 Z06 wont switch to closed loop right away even at 145. It takes about a minute and a half to switch to closed loop.

I've included my a scan log and my file if someone can look at it.

Here's my understanding of closed loop enable:

1. Coolant temp must be achieved
2. o2 sensor activity must be detected for a period of time
3. o2 sensors must swing past certain values (eg. 800 mv to 200 mv) before closed loop can be enabled.
4. You can actually have quasi-closed loop as well where the STFT is active but the LTFT is not. This can be enabled/disabled on some V8 cals but not others depending on the OS & model year.

what you described is normal
