    HP not getting any reading from LC-1

    I am setting up my LC-1 through the EIO of my Pro unit, but when scanning, HP doesn't seem to get a reading. It doesn't read zero, there just is no reading at all. Leads me to think I'm missing something in my set up.

    Logworks operates fine and I get a good solid accurate reading there of the AFR.

    I've read over threads for the past couple of hours, but I can't see where I'm doing something wrong.

    Basically:

    1. I have the Brown wire (Analog 2) from the LC-1 connected to pin 1
    2. Green from LC-1 is connected to pin 5 (ground)

    3. Using LM Programmer, I set voltage to 0 -> 10 AFR and 5 -> 18 AFR.
    4. In LM Programmer, under advanced table I set speed to 1/6th (then Program)

    5. In HP, I am using chart #2. I set up the 4th parameter as AFR, and under the options, went to the AUX list and selected WB LC-1.
    6. Enabled the parameter for the chart.

    I get no reading at all through my scans. I am not certain if I have missed a step somewhere or done something wrong, but if anyone can see a flaw, please let me know.

    Thanks in advance.

    I check voltage levels coming from the LC-1 and they are changing as expected between 3 and 4 volts. So that's fine.

    Oh well crap. I think Bill from HP solved it.

    The key point is in my step #5. I used the CHART display to make the change, not the table display. Apparently you have to do it from the TABLE display.

    I can't fully test it till I get home, but it looks like it was indeed a problem with my reading of the instructions and programming of the HP software. I guess it wasn't clear enough for me. Lol!

    Btw, tech support was very fast to solve my issue.
