you license your vehicles vcm if you do a single license. Otherwise what would be to keep people from just using the same 2 credit license on every other vehicle?
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Under the main headers ie File, Edit, Favourites etc go to
Flash ==> Relink VATS
