connected. The tps is reading 10 to 11 percent closed and when unplugged it goes to zero and runs perfect. No surging or dying. Runs like shit with it plugged in. Any ideas?

We need a LOT more information here. Scan? What kind of car? If cable TB, TPS voltage? and so on.
