having the same issue, after update cannot use my interface at all tried multiple PC's removing and reinstalling VCM suite and drivers contacted support 4 days ago and still no reply
very frustrating

Hi Bill, My ticket number is 22621 im on windows 10 with the latest updates, recommended drivers, net framework. In device manager i only see USB Serial Converter even after installing the drivers. VCM scanner works fine and i can sync my interface just not connect to the vehicle. I have used this Laptop in not too long ago however it will no longer connect now

working remote today and mvpi2 fails to resync after a update. re downloaded drivers and suite, even bought credits to try that. won't read the vehicle or resync if I try that.
it erases, programs and then fails to resync after 8 tries.
updated Tuesday and used it with no problems until this morning
