5.3-4.8 swap. going into open loop under acceleration and stumbling

so im working on a 2009 sierra 1500 that had a blown LH6 5.3 and a LY2 4.8 was put in. i found a stock 2009 4.8 file in the tune repository and copied all the data from the 4.8 file to the file I read from the truck. I also disabled DOD. it runs not bad, except under acceleration on the highway it will go into open loop sometimes and then it falls on its face and stabiltrac light comes on, shifts real hard etc. the injectors were swapped from the 5.3 to the 4.8 but i did some looking and they are the same part number so shouldnt be an issue. both engines are bone stock so no mods to accommodate for. is this just a matter of need to tune vve and MAF? or is something else going on?

attached are a log, the file i have in it and the 4.8 file i referenced. it happened close to the end of the log where he did a pull and the all the way to the end.

any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

Done, will give that a try. What is the reasoning behind not changing that?

It causes a P0606 if you change them is reason enough.

Those settings visible in the editor have to match up with similar tables you can't see in the editor, in the TAC module (built into the ECM). The ECM and TAC both separately do all the math for the throttle stuff and their answers to the calculations get compared constantly, they check each other's work and if they don't match, you get P0606 and/or REP.
