Have you posted the tune file it runs on along with a data log if it running, idling? That along with the file you've built for the ID injectors? That's the only real way to figure out where you goofed.

wont run new tune.hptwill run old tune.hptold tune new id150x.hpl
The old tune scan shows FIC tune with new ID1050x injectors. The tune changes from ID1050x spreadsheet are the only differences I made.
Old file has the previous injector data in it, but the new injectors installed?

I scaled the tune at 50 percent due to 63lb/hr limit.
Yes, Old tune no changes and new injectors worked enough to get it running.
Oh. Okay.

Fixed that for you.The tune changes from ID1050x spreadsheet are the only differences I made plus some other things that were done either at random or by accident that I don't think are important enough to mention

Should have made a clearer explanation. Wont run tune is old tune modified with new injector data. Will run tune is old tune no changes and new injectors in the engine.
In the 'won't run' file the Offset Select has been changed to what's shown in my screenshot, which references a blank table. Change it back to 'Vacuum' so that it will reference the Offset vs Press vs IGNV table. I have never seen any files that use the Offset vs Volts vs MAP table.

Thanks so much. I will try it and let you know.
It started and barely ran the first try. It was at low idle and o2's pegged to top. I left the 50 percent scale in and put stoich and ivt back to stock. It fired right up. Why doesnt it like half ivt and double stoich?
Can you post the actual tune file it runs on? Not "It's this file with XYZ data"?
It's impossible to do a before and after if you don't post and ACTUAL before and after.

Sigh nothing you've posted looks like an HPT file. I don't need the ID injector spread sheet. I need the exact file the engine runs on. It will have a .hpt extension.

I'm thinking that with all the mistaeks that have been found so far - misplaced decimals, stuff changed with no recollection of how they got that way - that it would be a real good idea to strap the thinkin' cap on extra tight, buckle down, and go over every. single. change. that has been made to the file since the beginning. Reason out if every one of the changes is justified, or not.

i am having issues with the forum making me login several times. It wouldnt take that file so I had to open it and save from another copy. It has the map not vacuum on the offset on this copy but it is on vacuum in the tune in the engine. Sorry this is harder that it should be. I'm in the garage so my wifi may be the problem. Going back inside to post from now on.
