Timing will not drop below 5 degrees on 2 step

I modded my IAT onto a relay, so when I hit the 2 step button, the relay opens and disconnects my IAT. The IAT reads -38 degrees. In my tune, I have it tuned to be at about -10 degrees of timing to spool the turbo. No matter how much I change the multiplier tables, it will not go below 5 degrees. I'm assuming there is some modifier table that I am overlooking. I will attach my tune below.

You have a minimum spark table. It is set to 5 degrees.

Just a heads up.. More timing usually is the answer for what you are doing.. not less.

See if anyone else agrees cause its counter to what the internet says.

Well... yes and no. It depends. Is The Internet talking about improving spool on a properly sized turbine (where more timing = more power = more exhaust flow/heat = better spool), or having a turbine so oversized for the application that nothing other than putting actual fire down the pipe will get the thing to turn on?
