09 Avalanche Engine swaped from 5.3 to 6.0 L96

HI.

i have chevy avalanche 2009 with engine swap of 6.0 L96 from Savana.
ECM is E38 and the car started immediately after swap with no file tuned.

the issue is when i started to tune and took some data through compare option from savana stock file, at idle i observed that LTFT reading -30 which seems engine is running rich. at the same time i observed inj duty cycle is around 0.9 to 1.2 , O2 sensors voltage not stable and allot of oscillating was observed.
is this the symptoms of bad O2 sensors? if yes, shall i replace all four of them or only two S1B1 and S1B2?

Note1: DOD deleted Mechanically and in software , VVT deleted by installing 3 bolts cam and its cover.

Note2: i tried to drive the car and it was very sluggish with very poor performance.

Does the part number on the injectors match the data that is in the tune file?

What does this have to do with the VCM Scanner software? Just that the log was recorded using the scanner? If so, then every tuning question should go in this section (they definitely should not all go in this section).

E38 stuff goes in the GM Gen 4 V8 section.
