TCC not locking when table commands, well sorta

It will lock if you keep 8-10% TPS or more, but it unlocks when you let off
Acts like its a truck programmed to do that when its below a couple TPS, but I set TPS mins to 0 and the TCC Min TPS bit never shows Yes
What I DO see is brake switch Off - Yes and TCC Ramp Exceed - Yes

This was a manual truck, and Im pretty sure the brake switch isnt wired up (pushing brake pedal doesnt change that status bit at least)

When it DOES lock up, the Brake Switch bit does change to NO, cant tell whats cycling that though. Its somehow related to TPS - but the PCM isnt unlocking it because of TPS

I don't know what activates coast mode but that looks like what is happening here. Looks like it's unlocking every time it's going to coast. Fairly certain this doesn't have much to do with what is happening but, separate the lock and unlock speed by 4 or 5 mph and see what changes.

Thats exactly whats happening but its usually triggered by the high and low speed min TPS tables. When its below 1-3% TPS itll unlock. Set that table to 0 usually and it doesnt do that anymore. Except on this
