Can anyone think of reasons why I shouldn't cut these shaft mounts apart, so that I don't have to remove all of them if i wanted/needed to inspect a lifter/pushrod? Not to mention, that there is alot of pressure on them when trying to install it all as 1 piece and would seem to make measuring for pushrods much easier if needed. Thoughts?

In theory, the single shaft is stiffer than if in pairs. Mostly 'stiffness' here means rotation around the rocker bolt axis (which can be pretty significant especially with an offset rocker). That ability to rotate is improved A TON by just tying each rocker to its one neighbor, but any gains more than that by having all on a common shaft is likely very very small, maybe to the point it isn't even measurable. As far as vertical stiffness, each rocker is still only held down by a single bolt, the neighbor's bolt is too far away to help in any real way. To me a theoretical gain that probably doesn't really do anything would not be worth the inconvenience.
