Under diagnostic dtc he disabled it
Yeah i saw it, added the other two MAF DTCs to set on first error as well. Enabling the fuel trims shouldn't prevent it from starting. Your initial complaint of the cold start will be fixed by correcting the fueling, getting it running with the fuel trims will be needed for this.
Maybe try the last file that ran and enable just the open loop short term fuel trims, just to help us get an idea of what is going on with the fueling. You don't have a wideband O2 sensor installed do you?
That is why we need to get it to run with fuel trims, can't really use the narrowband sensors without it running on fuel trims.
No its a sensor and an AFR gauge. See what this does, this is you original after '04silverado6.0' made some corrections to the injector data and various other things, and i have it set for STFTs only

Ive had great experience with the AEM 30-0300, and you can use a pro link cable from HPtuners, or ive used the EGR position sensor input
I know wideband o2 was installed while tuning on the dyno.
Those original tunes you posted had tons of issues, its not really a surprise that its not running right, do you have the original factory file your the truck? It might be easier to start from scratch vs trying to patch together a file from something that was already heavily modified.
Stock file with 8.1L injector data would be the place to start
I have a 04 Tahoe that I could pull the stock file from for comparison. It?s bone stock
I would check the HPTuners tune repository on their main website, for a truck with your same engine and same year, can use compare function to revert parameters back to stock
I?ll look. Tried looking before and couldn?t find anything with the 5.3 with 8.1l injectors.
Stock was 24# and the ones I currently have in are 42#
