    If the ECU needs VSS to learn vehicle speed to turn off the fans then it's possible that the fans will not turn off if you're idling. Go take it for a drive and see ?

    It's in a table that isn't defined in HPT. And I doubt that it is adjustable with a tech II, but maybe? Thos with enough skills can access and define additional tables through other program.

    This is because verlon and hjtrbo have tech skills that most of us do not have. They are looking at the raw binary/hex code from the ECM. HPT only gives us insight in to like 1% of the ECM and TCM. If you want to go deeper you have to reverse engineer the machine code. Not an easy task.
