What does "all stock" mean when you've combined parts from two different vehicles? Which parts are stock to which one?

Why is there a 2008 TCM OS (24239927) in a 2007 Trailblazer? 2007 should have 24238660. Where did the 2008 TCM come from, what vehicle?

It's going to be hard to find someone willing to share something so specific. Perhaps tell us what issues you are having and we can look for them.

    BTW..

You o2 sensors are plugged in to the wrong side. This happens a lot with TBSS See this website for a image on how to tell where they should go

There is a TCM communication code. 08 TCM will not work on 07 TBSS

TCM is the same (hardware), it's the TCM OS that doesn't match. *I* know that's what you meant, but...

It's starts and runs (like shit). Sometimes it's hard to start. Idle is real rough. Long term fuel trims are -25 and one o2 volts drops to almost nothing after about 30 seconds.
