    trouble with licencing 2015 gmc 1500 6.2

    So new user here. MPVI3
I have everything set up, purchased credits synced my device, the credits were available and applied them to my vehicle. Complete the Parameter access training and linked it to my account.
I then made a turned off a few codes and dod and attempted to upload the file, I then get a message stating no licence for this file. and no credits are available. I have rebooted my computer, resynced the device, checked for updates, and no luck.
Anyone able to assist me.Licnece info.png

The FPCM takes an extra credit, re-read the truck and UNCHECK the FPCM so it doesn't get included in the file, if you don't plan to change anything in it. If you do plan to, then buy another credit.

He already licensed the fscm, what he hasn't done is licensed the ecm.

I tried to reread and there are only three modules to chose from, ECM, TCM, Corvette LT1 (C304) I also noticed this listed in the Licence info screen. I do not see the FPCM in the list of modules.
How are you guys able see that I have read/licenced the FPCM
I tried to reread just the C304 file but then there are no parameters displayed once opened.

    C304 is the FSCM.

The missing credit and the one being applied tot he CCM that has no data displayed, it was said that I licenced the CCM but I had 2 credits and now show 0.

Doubtful HP Tuners will do anything for you. You'll need more credits to license your truck.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

It looks like it was said FSCM/FPCM not CCM. And I don't know what that takes to license either. Best bet would be to try a support ticket.

    • 1 credit each for FSCM A-F
    • 2 credits each for 15-17 Corvette/ATS-V Chassis Control Module C304 (CCM)
    • 3 credits each 17-19 Corvette/ZR1/Camaro/ATS-V Chassis Control Module C304A (CCM)

Your credits didn't evaporate into the ether, you licensed the CCM which costs 2 credits to license, thats where your 2 credits went in this case.

Uses the same ccm as the 15-17 Corvette
