Is there someway to modify how fast the reve limiter kicks in. I would like to be able to shorten the delay it kick in when passing the limiter threshold

the delay on a few bins i checked is 25ms. not sure how much it is in your bin but email it to me and i'll check, if it's a lot higher then sure we can add it.

How much is your RPM overshooting the limiter?

if set the limiter to 6700 (start executing the shift at 6500) it flashed to 6900 so 200 or so rpm after the limiter. i wanted to tighten that down because i am powershifting and if i start executing the shift at 6700 i dont want it flashing to over 7k definately not on the stock bottom end.
