4t65e shift points

When editing the wot shift points do both the wot shift rpm and the wot shift speed need to be met before it shifts or will it shift when the first one is met? My car seems to go all the way to the rev. limiter before it shifts even though the wot shift rpm is set at 5500 and all of the rev. limiting is set around 6100.

Both need to be met. I usually leave the rpm at stock settings and modify the speed. I find it easier to modify the bin, by setting it at speed.
