how much to wait for a fix to an Operating System Not Supported error?

i send the .bin and log file some days ago, was answering but I have not received the file

I read this in another post:

2. we will send you an update as soon as possible to fix this issue (usually same day or next day).


my mail is lost? I can help in something? ??? ??? , my new camshaft neds VCM ;D

i do not see an email from you? did you email [email protected] ?? Please email us.

We don't email updates, they are available for download from our customer login page. We will email them if you have trouble downloading.
