    2009 E67 operating systems with speed density upgrade option ?

    2009 ctsv im tuning 12632176 does not have the option to upgrade to a speed density O.S.


    other compatible 2009 e67 operating systems ive checked are 12628912 ZR1 vette, and 12630465 TBSS which also do not have that option.

    other known compatible osid #s are:
    12631817
    12635973
    12636036
    12639301
    but i do not know which vehicles these come in. any clue if any of the above os have the ability to UPGRADE THE OS TO SPEED DENSITY?
    OR any other way to make the upgrade happen here ? MOSTLY want the boost PE table.

    This is the OS in my E67 that came with the GMPP LS376/430 crate engine wiring harness: 12638778. The SD upgrade is available but I don't want it so haven't used it.

    Maybe i did not word my question clearly. . .

    I can find e67 os all day that have the ability to do the upgrade. Literally every single 2010+ e67 I've opened can do it. That does not help.

    The osid #s ive listed above are compatible with mine for segment swaps or write entire.

    Does anyone know if any of those can do the OS upgrade to SD >>>>> OR>>>>>any other way to get an upgraded SD OS in this 2009 ctsv?

    A lot of the later OS's don't have it available. You can still do them 1/2/3 bar with VVE. No issues unless you happen to be one of the lucky ones with the VVE bug.

    Which ones have the VVE bug and what does it do? I ran into a CTSV that I couldnt turn up past a certain point in VVE SD it would hit a wall. Had to run it in MAF mode when it made 1250+

    It's completely random. A lot of 2008's seem to do it. Its a random hiccup once in a blue moon that causes the VVE calc to go extremely high or low for basically one or two frames worth of time in the scanner.

    This car worked perfect in VVE until I turned the boost up past 21 or 22 psi or something, right at a certain power level

    So no one has been able to ID certain OS that did what your talking about?

    What the most boost/power youve made in VVE SD with one of the E67s? This was a stock bottom end V that ended up making 1430 rwhp but it had to be in MAF mode

    If you search VVE bug you'll find more about it. It's not a particular OS that does it. I've even had the GMPP controllers do it. It typically happens at a cruise but can happen at wide open. It feels like you keyed it off and then back on within a 0.1 of a second sort of thing. A 2 bar OS even if the car is NA fixes it. Enabling the MAF again also fixes it.

    I've not had a problem with a limit to VVE. I had a twin turbo 2010 camaro making over 1000 rwhp done on VVE. Also got a early C7 vette making a touch over 1000 rwhp on VVE only, no maf.

    Yeah it never happened with stuff making 1000-1100 etc, only when we really turned this car up

    I THINK all of these runs that have burped in the name were logs of it doing it. The one that says g8made18boost Im pretty sure was a clean run with 8psi on the wastegate anymore than that and it would hit its wall
