    May want to double check but that is a car engine not a truck. Think you may need accessories mods. Shouldn't be hard to tune with injector data etc.

    Im unable to view the link for "Speed Density tuning E40 PCM's write up". Is there another way to access it or something?

    I have it, the current iteration of the forum won't let me upload it because of the filesize. But you should realize that it was written seventeen years ago and almost all of everything it references has changed since then. Find something more up to date.

    I have a friend/customer that wants me to install heads, cam and convertor on his 2005 C6 base sometime next month and was hoping to find some good, free (and current) info on tuning the e40. Do you have any suggestions where i could find the updated info?

    It's just a P59 but with the TAC built-in and transmission controls in a separate box. It tunes the same as any other Gen 3. Only very minor differences with things like the range of some table axes, just build the scanner graphs based on the axis labels in your tune file and not from whatever some guide says, just like you should do on any of them.
