exporting to excel

Hi guys...im trying to export a log file to excel,but excel wont read it...what im i doing
wrong? please help.....Wash

Scan>Export should be producing a proper .csv file.
I've had no issues with Excel opening .csv exports
but I am using Office 2000. Are you getting some sort
of compatibility message, or just a nothing-happens?

Maybe your version of Excel is very old, or maybe
Excel is not associated with .csv files. If you start
Excel and then try to File>Open, you probably have
to set the file types chooser to text types.

What does the message say, and what version of Excel are
you trying to use? May be that HPTuners guys have to make
the export "respect" some older version limitations, or maybe
you need a more up-to-date Excel (though I'd think even
Office 97 should be up to the job, Excel has been fairly stable
for a long time). Anyway, post up the error message & Excel
version.
