My car is throwing P0134 and P0154 a few hundred miles after header install. I know some of the 98's have trouble with the O2's heating up. This code says insufficient activity, does that mean the 02's are trashed?

You can try grinding the O2 bung down some to push the O2s further into the exhaust stream. Sometimes this works to solve it.

Where you running rich before hand?
A real rich condition will kill 02s quite quickly.

Im new to all of this, just got the software this weekend. I do think the car is running rich, what should I look for on the scanner to indicate this. The car runs rough until it goes into closed loop. Doesn't really misfire, but idles rough and stumbles. Now that the 02's are throwing the code, I think its definetly running too rich.
How would I go about solving this.
Thanks for all the help

There are others far better to answer this than me, but you will need to get on a dyno or some place with a wideband to get it right.Originally Posted by ADub
but as a close for now look at your 02 readings only at WOT
