    OL is 14.7 - CL goes way lean ???

    C6 LS2 P1SC A6 w/ long tubes
    tune holds 14.7 in all non PE situations OL
    flip on CL and the motor goes min 16:1 max 20:1 with large caluclated LTST fuel trims.
    I have seen milder versions of this issue before but this is rediculous.

    the motor can be held on the break at a certain RPM and MAP
    holding 14.7 in OL.
    click on CL on the scanner and the LTSTs go nuts and pull fuel.
    02's are sweeping nice.

    Just tune a G8 today on the same dyno and Motec WB no issues.

    Looks like the narrow-band O2 sensors are not getting heated up? Thats all I can think of.

    Make sure you don't have any exhaust leaks.

    No exhaust leaks.

    Beside wouldnt an exhaust leak give a false lean condition
    and make the LTST go Positive...

    I have the opposite issue here,,,

    RWTD .. thats a cool name... :-)

    Where are you mounting your wideband? And what type of exhaust setup is on the car?

    Very curious about the solution on this one. Closed loop issues like this are frustrating, and I always hate the idea of sending someone on their way with their car in open loop. Its just one less safety check.

    Looks like LG motorsports 4into1 Long tubes into bassani full lenght Xpipe.
    WB in the header collector bung.

    I will put it back on the dyno with a fresh sensor Tue. Morning.

    Agreed I hate to ship them OL as well.
