Need quilting help

Patterns...Pattern A, B, X, Y, Z. Can someone help me with what these are and if I should care? I'm assuming that at least one of these patters is for when I use "tow mode", but what pattern goes where for what?

Vehicle is a 2009 Silverado 5.3 Flex Fool/Active Fuel Manglement 4x4 with a 4L60E.

My goals are to move the shift points up in the RPM range (already accomplished) and firming up the shifts a bit.

Any suggestions on how to do that? I'm assuming "Upshift Pressure Modifier", but I'm a bit scared about just tweaking it without guidance. I'm mainly interested in part throttle tuning only. The truck is a commuter/work truck, not for racing.

i got all the new beta's ill look at it later reviewing some stuff from the GXP i tuned today.

Anyone know what all these patterns mean or have a suggestion where I can look?
