Im about to go down this path myself.
Im getting an LS6 manifold, Fuel Rails + Injectors.
So im
Setting the IFR to match the LS6's
Re-Tuning the VE to match the LS6 (Since it does flow more air the VE will change)
Now if you have a MAF you may want to re-check its calibration also but its not something i use
I cant see that there is much more to do.
