I emailed support@hptuners back on 6/28/05 and still haven't heard from them.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? I have version 1.5.2 right now and want to step up to 1.7 but obviously I can't due to not having a login/pass.

Your user id will be the serial number on the CD. The password will be the email address of the original owner.

Well, as far as I know the guy I bought it from is the 2nd owner and I'm now the 3rd. I'm waiting on a response from the guy I got it from and if he doesn't know it, then what do I do?

I emailed [email protected] on 6-28-05 and I still haven't heard a word from them about the issue.
Did you include the Serial Number and the details of how you came to own this software? If you did, maybe you should try emailing Chris directly.
