    Electronic Throttle Control

I did some WOT data logs this morning on my Radix supercharged 2005 GMC Sierra 4x4 truck it was pulling 10psi.

The problem is that during almost all of the WOT runs the ETC pulled the Throttle back momentarly to 99% at 4800rpm's and again at 5700 rpm's.

BTW I am not getting the Error P1514 so that table must be ok.

    Engine TQ Managment settings:
The engine TQ Mgmt MAX vs RPM vs Gear TQ is set to 640 everywhere.
MAX TQ vs RPM is also set to 640.
Tip in TQ by Gear is also set to 640.

Trans input TQ max is 640
Trans output TQ max is 1756
Front Axle TQ max is 7166
Front Proshaft TQ max is 2046
Rear Axle TQ max is 7667
Rear Propshaft TQ max is 2046

ETC TPS max vs RPM vs %max TQ from 85% to 100% is set to 100

Spark Retard vs % TQ reduction all zero'd out.

Anybody have any sugestions on what to change to fix this.

Dumb question, but would this be a auto trans? What happened to the timing at the same time? Does your truck have traction control? I am not familiar with the trucks.

    Same RPM on every run?

    Yes it is an Auto.
No, Timing did not pull, it stayed at what is in the High Octane table.
    No, it dose'nt have traction control, it's a 4x4.

What RPMs is it set to shift at?

I have it set to shift at 5900, but i don't think that matters because this problem also happens at 4800 rpm's

The only thing I can tell you is to scan all the parameters and then export them to a spread sheet so you can see what is going on in the big picture. Could be anything. Things that I know can pull it back would be like traction control, (But you don't have that) Shift points (wrong RPM's) I am not all that familiar with your setup. Scan timing, all the vac and manifold pressures etc.

Thanks for the info, I'll give that a try.
BTW, I stepped up the boost with a 3.0 pulley that is 1psi more boost which
= more HP , TQ & airflow so if this is related to any of that I thought it would show up in more %tps removed at WOT.
So far it dosen't appear to have effected it at all.
this may be a sensor or a data logging problem. Hmmmmm
