    stall tuning

    Looking for advice, y2k a4 trans am.

    Hearing what sounds like low rpm high load knock w stall 3k. Pull spark? Add fuel? Doesn't rly show in vcm scanner... help!

    You need to get the car into PE. For instances like that, I'll set PE enable to 50kPa and then set up the throttle settings to get it where I want it.

    holy crap that's brilliant. using PE mode for hills... not just WOT ass-hauling situations. If i understand correctly.

    One more question .. what's the benefit of enabling the converter to stay locked during shifts?

    You will benefit your local trans shop soon. Locked during shifts and high torque makes for violent shifts
