Cam Phaser reluctor in 5.4L Mustang Swap

I just recently swapped out the 4.6L 3V engine in my 06 Mustang with a 5.4L 2V Lightning engine with a 3.4l Whipple. I’m ready to start tuning the engine and inquiring about the3V cam phaser reluctor wheel that has 5 tabs that extends to the cam position sensor. I have both 3v cam position sensors installed and they read TDC correctly for each bank. I zeroed out all of the tables related to the VCT and IMRC. Is anyone aware of any issues with the remaining 4 tabs on the cam reluctor ring that I need to be concerned about?
Most of the 3v systems have been retained…ETC, fuel rails, fuel pressure sensor, except I could not get around the cam phasers.

You lucky S.O.B.! I've wanted to build my own "Cobra R" clone for years. Curious as to why you didn't go with the 4V Navi motor though? While you're waiting for an answer, check post this out. Don't know if you've already done all this yet or not.

Yes, I previously made these changes when the car had the twin turbo STS system on it. The reason I went with the Lightning 5.4l 2V is because I have 3 of them sitting around the shop. Originally, I modified the stock lighting supercharger inlet to exit the rear so the throttle body throttle body could mount beside the supercharger. I later came across a good deal on the 3.4L Whipple so that's what I went with. I'm looking at the teardrop hood scoop to keep it packaged under the hood.

After last night, it looks like I may have the fabricate/install the 5 finger reluctor ring on the camshaft to eliminate the P0340 and P0344 DTC codes. I don't mind the codes but I'm unsure if this will cause the ECM to go into some type of default code.

I would think if the codes become a problem, you could just use the editor to turn them off. Looks like you're trying to avoid that though. Last resort I guess.

Oh yeah, did I alraedy mention how lucky an S.O.B. you are!
P.S. can't wait to see what people will be doing in the future with HPT on the new 5.0L! Fell in love with that engine too.
P.P.S. on your next build, throw some Navigator heads on one of those spare 5.4's. Forced induction on those builds usually puts down 1000hp when setup even mildly. Every one I've seen ran out of boost or fuel before getting anywhere near their full potential.
