programming interface

is there any company that makes an interface for programming the gm pcms that does not "lock" itself to the software.. can hptuners offer an adapter for this? i have read about the B-B but i have not found a clear answer if it can program or not

Hi,

HP Tuners will not be releasing a stand alone cable setup.

I'm not sure if the B&B device can program or not.
