Need to replace PCM, what all is involved?

Truck is an 09 duramax, & I need to change the PCM, I have a used replacement with matching service numbers. What all is needed? License both PCM's and do a write entire, or is there another way? Sorry I tried searching but couldn't come up with anything.

You can't initialize the new PCM with HP Tuners. You will need it flashed by a dealer or someone with a Tech2/J2534 and access to the AC Delco TDS system.

Thanks, I've used the J2534 tool before but don't have access to one right now, but at least I know what has to be done now.
