    2015 roush P2112

    Hi

    Throttle stucked closed. Getting this error occasional and trying to figure what can cause this in tune. I changed throttle to second one and its this same. My idea was if delivered torque is less than expected, but I have matched this to 50nm in all range. Any other ideas?

    Check to see what your etc_def_ang is set to i set mine to (0), and see what etc setting is for idle like my KB was set to 7.625* and it thru the p2112 code i set it to rest at (0). Also sometimes those Roush files have issues with the equizzer, cycle the key several times usually helps. Also, check your effective throttle angle table and open loop Ff ta prediction tables. one thing to check is to see if the blade moves freely in the throttle body, eliminate any mechanical issues. The code is usually thrown when the when the throttle plate is at a lower angle than commanded.

    First in predicted and effective max angle was set to 83 as in gt500 2013 file. So I thought if throttle opens at 82 its this, so I lowered it to 81.16 as it was in previous gt500, but no help here. This all values for throttle I found myself.
    Today i copied exact values from roush phase 1 file for throttle, but no help.
    My another idea is also how sensitive system is to find if there is tps error. I use stock values to check for throttle errors.

    IS the intake pipe slightly smaller than the throttle body? Check to see if it slid in a little too close, causing the throttle blade to hit it and preventing it from going fully open. You Are flashing a ROUSH file on stock 2015 PCM?

    SO Here is what i have for GT500 TB changes
    Idle ETC integral term open 0.4000
    Idle ETC Integral term Close 0.1000
    Idle ETC Proportional open 0.2000
    Idle ETC Proportional Closed 0.0500
    Max throttle angel FMEM 45.000
    minimal ETC PID Term 0.0000

    Pressure Ration Across throttle body
    Effective throttle angle
    open loop Ff Prediction

    Max throttle angel FMEM 45.000, how does it translate to hpt? I belive you put sct values. Stock tb of gt500 is 82.

    Looks we don't have enough parameters in hpt. First I see is Pressure ratio across tb

    Yes those are SCT values, i am not sure how to convert it to HP.

    Ive put stock roush tune to test, still this same. In one car customer deicided to change throttle to VMP 67 due it match good to VMP supercharger, problem gone, second one was tune related, but this one was crazy like hell, see bellow. Somebody added tower brace that was hitting throttle.
